On-site truck & equipment repair

We bring the shop
to the machine.

Commercial fleets, heavy equipment and agricultural machinery, repaired where they sit. Our trucks carry their own cranes — so the jobs other mobile outfits have to walk away from, we can actually finish in the field.

Fleet & commercial

Downtime is the only thing that really costs you.

A machine hauled to a shop is a machine earning nothing for a week. We service commercial fleets and equipment where they already are — on a schedule that fits your operation, and on a call-out when something stops unexpectedly.

  • Scheduled maintenance on siteWhole groups of units serviced in one visit, around your working hours.
  • Breakdown call-outsA stopped machine gets a truck sent to it, not a booking three weeks out.
  • One contact for mixed fleetsTrucks, loaders, tractors and trailers handled by the same crew.
  • Repairs finished in the fieldWith a crane on the truck, heavy jobs do not need a shop at all.
Taking on new fleet accounts. Tell us what you run and where it sits, and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover you. (361) 396-3342

What we work on

Trucks, equipment and everything between.

Diagnostics through heavy mechanical repair, carried out on location.

Diagnostics

Fault codes, no-starts and intermittent faults traced properly before anything comes apart.

Engine & driveline

Engines, transmissions, differentials and axles — including full assemblies out on site.

Hydraulics

Cylinders, pumps, valves and hoses. Rebuilt and tested where the machine stands.

Electrical & charging

Batteries, alternators, starters, lighting and wiring faults.

Brakes & air systems

Commercial brake and air system work on trucks and trailers.

Cooling & A/C

Radiators, pumps and cab air conditioning on trucks and equipment alike.

Heavy equipment

Loaders, backhoes, excavators and skid steers — field service and repair.

Preventive maintenance

Service intervals kept properly, so the expensive failures never arrive.

Specialist in crane repair

Not many people can work on a crane.

Crane work is its own discipline. The hydraulics run at pressures nothing else on a jobsite sees, the structure carries loads with no margin for a guess, and the consequences of getting it wrong are not the same as a truck that will not start.

It is a genuine specialism here, not something taken on because it turned up. If you have been told to ship a crane out of state to get it looked at, talk to us first.

  • Boom and structural repairSections, welds and wear points inspected and repaired properly.
  • Crane hydraulicsCylinders, valve banks, pumps and lines — the heart of the machine.
  • Controls and electricalLoad systems, limits and control faults diagnosed rather than swapped at.
  • Service truck cranesThe boom trucks other trades rely on, kept in service.

Agricultural

Tractors don’t break at convenient times.

Farm equipment goes down mid-season, a long way from a workshop, and the window to fix it is measured in days. We work on tractors, loaders, balers and implements out in the field — and with a crane on the truck, a job that needs the loader or the cab lifted off does not have to become a recovery.

  • Field service through the seasonWe come to the paddock, not the other way round.
  • Loaders and implementsHydraulics, pins, bushings and structural repair.
  • Heavy lifts on siteFront-end loaders and assemblies lifted with our own crane.

Our work

Out in the field.

Real jobs, photographed on site — cranes, tractors, heavy equipment and driveline work.

How it works

One call, and the truck comes to you.

No transport to arrange, no machine sitting in someone else’s yard.

Step 01

Tell us the machine

What it is, what it is doing, and where it sits. You get a straight answer on whether it is a field job.

Step 02

We come out and diagnose

The truck arrives with diagnostic gear, tooling and a crane. You get the problem and the price before work starts.

Step 03

Back to work

Most of it is finished on site. When something genuinely needs a shop, we say so rather than take it apart first.

Where we work

Out of Natalia, across South Texas.

Ranches, yards and jobsites through Medina County and up the I-35 corridor into San Antonio. If your machine is further out, call and ask — we travel for the right job.

Get it handled

Tell us what’s down.

The machine, the fault and where it is sitting. You will get a straight answer about whether we can fix it on site, what it is likely to run, and how soon we can be there.
